07 Feb MICHELLE’S MEALS: MINUTE ROAST
3-4 lb minute roast, split
3 Tbsp onion soup mix
1 cup ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
Minute Roast is a wonderful cut of meat – when you purchase it from the butcher ask them to split it to remove the vein, you will end up with 2 thinner pieces of meat when cooked are soft and delicious. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix remainder of the ingredients. Pour over the meat. Cover with foil. Bake for 3 hours. Let cool before cutting. Reheat in sauce.
