TERIYAKI ZUCCHINI

INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion –sliced

4 mediumzucchini –sliced

Olive oil

1/4 cup teriyakisauce

1/4 cup soysauce

Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

After 8 days and nights of eating fried latkes and sufganiyot, it’s time to eat a little lighter. This is a great use of zucchini – you can serve it hot or at room temperature and makes a nice accompaniment to grilled chicken or fish. Round out a full meal with some brown rice. Sautee all ingredients in large pan until soft.
